oh well, i've changed my facial cleansing series upon my colleague's recommendation. i totally fell in love with it after using its samples that i got from the sales assistant, Maya in 1 Utama.

you can actually try the samples first before any purchase is made. please note that the only laneige counter that gives out free samples is the one in 1U. i've asked the other SAs in all other laneige counters in other malls but they tell me that there isn't any free samples.

the product that i'm reviewing right now is non other than wash up gelly foam:

Product Benefits
An aqua cleansing foam that leaves skin feeling fresh and clean. Soft and rich lather effectively removes dirt and excess oil for fresh clean skin. Saponaria extracts purify the skin surface. Allantoin makes your skin feel soft and supple after washing while promoting skin regeneration.

Usage

  • Dispense appropriate amount onto the palm & rub between palms to make a rich, bubbly lather.
  • Massage gently onto the skin in a circular motions and avoid the eye areas.
  • Rinse off with water.

this gelly foam cleanser is a superb cleanser as it leaves my skin feeling really fresh and smooth after cleansing. unlike other cleansing foam, it doesn't leave my skin feeling too dry. it still retains the moisture in my skin. a small amount of the cleanser is sufficient to absolutely clean my face. thus, no wastage is involved.

however, personally i don't like its smell. it performs well but due to personal preference, i don't like the smell. it smells like lemon to me. oh well, i may be a lemon tea lover but i definitely dislike my facial cleanser to smell like a lemon. it is yellowish in colour.

it is still highly recommended by me especially for girls who love the smell of lemon. for girls who love the feeling of having a refreshed skin after a long days' work or play, this is the product for you too. *winks* i will opt to buy this cleanser foam again if laneige fresh cleansing foam is still out of stock.

it is priced at rm 80 for 120ml. as it is a product from korea, it suits asian skin well.
