i realised that there wasn't any beaches in selangor or kuala lumpur. oh well, i really missed those days spent on beaches with friends, doing nothing but to chat, snap pictures and even bbq. that explained the reason i was so excited when michy invited me to join her trip to port dickson with yu wen and friends. the trip was really worth it though i had sunburn mainly because i made some new friends.
i was really excited bout the trip as it's my first time visiting port dickson. hence, it explained the reason both michy and i freaked out when our navigator, chris fell asleep in the car, he never failed to create surprises for us.
thus, we tried our best to wake him up at every possible chances to which we kind of regretted. his favourite song was aired on hitz.fm. he sang along. shortly after that, it rained. omg! it rained on the day we decided to visit a beach. what a day!
normally, i would sleep in the car during trips but this time around, i was assigned to keep everyone in the car awake. to show my moral support, i started snapping pictures in the car to keep myself awake. lol...
guess we were lucky because by the time we reach our long awaited destination, it was a sunny day! yay! hence we ran towards the sea and played with water. we made our way to the beach as we didn't exactly reach the beach yet. chris lead the way again, unsure that it's the right path. we followed him without a word while threatening him.
being tourists, we held our weapons cameras on our hand and started to take pictures at every possible opportunities. yeah, a typical tourist indeed.
finally, we reached our desnitation. chris decided to mark our territory with his x'mas gift, shitzoe. he gave it a name.
in order to honour shitzoe, we take pictures of it non stop.
michy decided to let 'no life' accompany shitzoe.
shermaine was fully prepared as she even brought along mosquito repellents, coffee, tidbits and much more. she's really the beach queen.
after we had settled down, off we go for our own impromptu activities. some chose to read while having a tan.
while some prefer to snap pictures as remembrance.
some prefer to play with water.
some even sprayed on tanning lotion.
while some prefer a fair complexion.
i was glad that everyone enjoyed this trip though we were lost most of the time. it was really a road trip which we wouldn't forget for time to come as new friendships were formed, our belongings were partially destroyed by sudden rise of sea water, plus chris who tried to prove to us that there was a feminine side of him screaming to get out. lol.....
