just had a short chat wif dad just now.actually,i called my mum but she didnt answer the call.a short while later,dad's mobile number appeared on my mobile screen.hehe,guess that was mum.after i picked up,ok it was dad.anyways,our chat session only lasted for 39 seconds.haha,oh well,i'm not a daddy's girl.i'm mummy's little girl instead and i'm proud of it.
anyways,our conversation went like this:
me:hello~
dad:yes,min chien.why did u call mummy?
me:ohh,nothing.just want to ask her to help me buy top-up card.oh ya,papa...i sms-ed you just now.i bought the groceries already.
dad:ok....
me:papa,heard from min chun that you are going to taiwan or thailand.she's not sure where you say you will be going.
dad:taiwan..i'm going to taiwan
me:oh,so when are you going?
dad:this friday.will only be back next week
me:ohh...icic...ok la,bye bye
dad:bye...
*heard background music.must be ming ying practising her dance*
yeah,that was the whole conversation.we sounded very formal,huh?couldnt help it.i tried to speak more to my dad as he complained to my mum that i was keeping lots of secrets from him which was totally true.no denial for this.guess what?my dad was actually jealous of my mum because she knew more than him.in fact,lots more.had to confess that i would usually tell my mum secrets.and she could remember all of them,including my friends' names.erm,my dad would always call the wrong name.
anyways,after i ended the call,i informed kerry that dad's going to taiwan.immediately she asked excitedly whether we should give my dad a shopping list.after all,he's going to taiwan.but after much thoughts,nah....haha..we didnt want to disappoint ourselves BIG time.dad would definitely be happy to help us with the shopping spree.gee,it's just that his taste was way out of our expectation.didnt want him to waste his money to get us clothes,boots or bags but we ended up storing them in the closet,untouched.the only item that he got me,from all his holiday or business trips,which i really love was a pink winter jacket.luckily,he still remembered that i love pink!hard not to notice or remember though.... =P
