my lappie is dead!

while i was watching taiwanese drama series with evelyn, the lightning struck our modem. our modem's still ok but the laptop didn't survive though. a message was shown on the screen saying,
"hard disk has malfunction. the system has halted."
omg, my dad's going to kill me! hope when he's back from his business trip, he's in good mood. praying really hard that his clients or colleagues didn't give him a difficult time. please pray for me too.

it's such a sad case. guess i should be glad that the modem doesn't die along or else i'm really deadmeat. i've not helped my dad to file in his tax return through e-filing. now my life is depending on the pc. i wish that it could load pages faster instead. looking at its speed, i guess my age has increased by at least 10 years but it's better than none. at least i can still blog and read blogs though it'll take a longer period of time.
