it's not as dramatic like the movie starring julia roberts and cameron diaz. my best friend whom i always refer to as my close coursemate, my teasing partner, my gossip partner, my washroom partner, my place of birth partner and many more nicknames is finally getting married. whenever i ask her, she'll reply it's still a long time. haha... she catches me by surprise this time and i'm lucky that i haven't mention i will get a bf before she gets married. she's getting married in jan 2008. i'm extremely lucky. phew~ anyway, she's still reminding me that she knew me for 5 years but my status is still the same. muahaha...
anyway, i'm extremely happy for her as her hubby is her first love and it's a long lasting relationship, been through ups and downs and even long distance relationship (LDR) when her hubby was studying in UK. for those who are in LDR right now, you people should really change your perception of it's going to be a failure. in the end, it all boils down to having faith, trust and independence. my friend has managed that and she's the walking example. *winks* oh ya, i have to remind myself of that too but to no avail because i can easily get jealous too. i guess not many people can detect this.
my parents are asking me bout her marriage and i finally can inform them that she's getting married! lol... ok, my parents know all of my friends be it in person or by their names or even nicknames especially my mii because my dad can never remember my friends' name well. he will always mix up the names but this friend of mine is a special case because she's from muar. yay! i'll be going to muar in jan. i have planned of eating wan tan mee, mee pok, otak otak, duck rice, fried carrot cake, chui kuey, and many more. muahaha, her wedding dinner is going to be at night. i guess it won't hurt if i have breakfast, lunch or even dinner in muar. well, wedding dinners in malaysia don't start on time. don't you just agree with that?
i can't reveal her identity yet because not everyone that she knows is invited. lol...i guess i'll blog bout it in jan after the wedding dinner is over.
