congrats, cuzzie!
It seems like it's just yesterday we are running around at grandma's house, playing hide and seek. I still remember how hard I wish time will just fly and I'll be an adult but now I feel like stopping the time so that I can breathe. We all have grow up and drift apart, not as close as we used to be, not sharing secrets anymore. Sometimes I can't even remember the exact time we stop doing that. Oh well, it's part of growing up, right? As long as we do keep in touch once a while, it'll be sufficient to keep the relationship going (I hope).
I love weddings simply because it's a joyous occassion, full of blessings from everyone. Not only that, it's the time to have family gathering as well. Haha, the wedding dinner of my cuzzie, Teck that I look forward to has finally ended few months ago. I'm excited and happy to meet my cousins. Boy, they have grown up! Ok, I have grown old. I still prefer the word mature though.
I'm beaming from ear to ear though it's not my wedding. I realise how much I miss them and our childhood. All the bittersweet memories, the mischievous, the sadness and everything that has happened during the past. Once upon a time indeed.
To my cuzzie, Teck who is someone's hubby now, I wish you all the best in everything you do and have a blessed marriage. I will remember you as my brother who is always so cheerful and never says no when we ask for help, ok even when we don't ask for help. You are the best!
